I’ve mentioned before that I didn’t really take much time in deciding where to begin blogging at. Right now I’m really starting to see the benefits of hosting a Wordpress blog myself. This would allow me to take total control over how I want the blog to look. I’m a control freak, what can I say?

What I don’t want to do is cause inconvenience for people that already have a subscription to the feed here.  Yeah I know it’s only a matter of posting the new URL, I still feel funny about it though.  I’m weird like that.

So…I will probably decide this over the next week.

I started out with a blogger blog and did that for about 6 months before I got to the point you are at right now. I wanted to do it my way. So, I moved to my own domain and I think you might lose some readers but the ones that really care will take the effort to change the feed. Overall, it’s a good thing to move, if that’s what you want.

One thing that is nice is feedburner. If you were using a feedburner feed, then you could totally relocate your blog and simply redirect feedburner to the new url and nobody misses a beat.
